Well.... this it the first evening of the 44 day weight loss.  So, some friends have asked what is the HCG plan...

So, here it is...

It simple.  It is a 44 day diet plan solution which consists of 3 meals per day for a total of 500 calories and its going to be tough!

Now, its day #1... and is considered the "Loading phase or gorging phase" and that's exactly what I have done.... It was a bad day but I get to eat anything that I want and its okay.

I ate... the following:
  • Breakfast - Coffee w/ cream and splenda
  • Lunch - two hotdogs w/ mustard, ketchup, hot peppers and mayo.  1 - Large glass of fat-free milk
  • Snack - three sandgria's and several fork fulls of caso (mexican cheese and sausage)
  • Dinner - 6 piece Harolds chicken and fries with mild and hot sauce.
  • Several beers during bowling
Not a good start but... Its okay because its gorging time :) :(

Well, I did burn 300 calories bowling.... Yeah!

One day down and 43 more to go.... I am excited!!!
