Day #3 ---- Ha-le-loo!!!! May it through the 1st challenge.....

Okay folks... Day #3, and it was very interesting!  Today was the first day that I am actually watching what I eat... Boy, I am hungry!!!!  But, I know it is going to pay-off.  So, let the game begin!

So to re-cap:
  • Breakfast - coffee (1 tablespoon of Fat-free and a half pack of sweeter).  My goal is to get away from any additives
  • Lunch - Asparagus salad & many glasses or water w/lemon.  (Now, I thought this was going to be a little tricky, I had a work luncheon and didn't think I was going to control myself).  *** Hint - when you know that you are eating out for work or with friends... Call ahead or down-load the menu and pre-order in your head what you want to eat and stick to the plan!
  • Dinner -  2 petite chicken garden patties; plain mix green salad w/ lemon juice; 1 bread stick; and an apple.  Again... LOTS of Water.
Let's not forget my 10 drops three times a day.....

A last hint before signing off.... Get a lot of rest... This wont be hard... I am a late night nibbler so to avoid this pit fall I plan to cut the lites off early... Hopefully, this is something I can continue once I have accomplished my goal!!!!!

Oh, I forgot.... According to the plan I must weigh myself daily... So, as of today, March 3rd I weigh 199.  1lb down 34 more to go.... BUT WHO'S COUNTING!!!! :)
