Tomorrow the game begins!!!!
So, let's recap today...
- Breakfast just coffee with sweeter and a tablespoon of fat-free milk
- Lunch - 1 Quater pounder w/o cheese; fries and a diet coke.... McDonalds - "I'm lov'in it"
- Afternoon snack - Appetizers (4 ribs; small burger bite; and a 3 Asian wings)
- Dinner - Nothing
- Snack - 2 small Reeses cup
- Chicken breast
- Turkey patties
- Fresh Collars
- Field greens
- Apples
- Oranges
- Strawberries
