Day #2 - last of the big hooray!!! 200lbs and still counting....

Well folks... Its day 2 and by far this has been the easiest diet yet... Oh wait, I forgot... I really havent started!  I still gorging... No wonder its been easy :)

Tomorrow the game begins!!!!

So, let's recap today...
  • Breakfast just coffee with sweeter and a tablespoon of fat-free milk
  • Lunch - 1 Quater pounder w/o cheese; fries and a diet coke.... McDonalds - "I'm lov'in it"
  • Afternoon snack - Appetizers (4 ribs; small burger bite; and a 3 Asian wings)
  • Dinner - Nothing
  • Snack - 2 small Reeses cup
I also went to the grocery store to properly prepare for the challenge of a life time.  The following are the items that I got:
  • Chicken breast
  • Turkey patties
  • Fresh Collars
  • Field greens
  • Apples
  • Oranges
  • Strawberries
The idea is to prepare the same meal for lunch as I do for dinner.... Its a plan!?!  Hopefully, it works.....
