It's been a couple of days since my last blog... So, let's recap
Saturday, I went well! I attended a party and NO DRINKS or NO FOOD!!!!! I am so proud of myself.
It wasnt difficult but I was getting weak... and my conversation was crazy!!! I think I was punch drunk!
My wieght was 100lbs.... 8 pounds in five days... Not bad..
However, Sunday, is a different story.... I got up in the morning and ate, ate ate!!!!! Just keepin it real!
So folks..... what I have decided is to is 500 calories Monday thru Friday and splurge on the weekend...
We will see!

Day #4 - It went okay!!!!
Today was good same ole same ole...
Final note .... Today's weight 197lbs....
- Breakfast - coffee (sweeter and cream)
- Lunch - shedded turkey; salad w/ orange slices bread stick
- Dinner - grilled chicken; salad and aparagus

Day #3 ---- Ha-le-loo!!!! May it through the 1st challenge.....
Okay folks... Day #3, and it was very interesting! Today was the first day that I am actually watching what I eat... Boy, I am hungry!!!! But, I know it is going to pay-off. So, let the game begin!
So to re-cap:
A last hint before signing off.... Get a lot of rest... This wont be hard... I am a late night nibbler so to avoid this pit fall I plan to cut the lites off early... Hopefully, this is something I can continue once I have accomplished my goal!!!!!
Oh, I forgot.... According to the plan I must weigh myself daily... So, as of today, March 3rd I weigh 199. 1lb down 34 more to go.... BUT WHO'S COUNTING!!!! :)

- Lunch - Asparagus salad & many glasses or water w/lemon. (Now, I thought this was going to be a little tricky, I had a work luncheon and didn't think I was going to control myself). *** Hint - when you know that you are eating out for work or with friends... Call ahead or down-load the menu and pre-order in your head what you want to eat and stick to the plan!
- Dinner - 2 petite chicken garden patties; plain mix green salad w/ lemon juice; 1 bread stick; and an apple. Again... LOTS of Water.

Day #2 - last of the big hooray!!! 200lbs and still counting....
Well folks... Its day 2 and by far this has been the easiest diet yet... Oh wait, I forgot... I really havent started! I still gorging... No wonder its been easy :)

- Lunch - 1 Quater pounder w/o cheese; fries and a diet coke.... McDonalds - "I'm lov'in it"
- Afternoon snack - Appetizers (4 ribs; small burger bite; and a 3 Asian wings)
- Dinner - Nothing
- Snack - 2 small Reeses cup
- Chicken breast
- Turkey patties
- Fresh Collars
- Field greens
- Apples
- Oranges
- Strawberries

Ok... people are asking me what is HCG? And, why did I decided to choose this plan.
So... here we go.
HCG stands for Human Chorionic gonadotropin amino acid isolates which is derived from certified grade raw materials and is hormone free.

Well.... this it the first evening of the 44 day weight loss. So, some friends have asked what is the HCG plan...
So, here it is...
It simple. It is a 44 day diet plan solution which consists of 3 meals per day for a total of 500 calories and its going to be tough!
Now, its day #1... and is considered the "Loading phase or gorging phase" and that's exactly what I have done.... It was a bad day but I get to eat anything that I want and its okay.
I ate... the following:
Well, I did burn 300 calories bowling.... Yeah!
One day down and 43 more to go.... I am excited!!!
So, here it is...

- Dinner - 6 piece Harolds chicken and fries with mild and hot sauce.
- Several beers during bowling
Well, I did burn 300 calories bowling.... Yeah!
